again," she says. "I never had to worry about my weight."
Being
in a bathing suit all day long "made me aware of what I was eating,"
Eggert says.
"I
started to put on weight; it showed up in my thighs a little bit." Unaware
of how to take care of her body in a healthy way, Eggert developed "my way
of losing weight," she says. "Starve yourself and work out really
hard."
She
freaked out about her body and with some help from the pros on the new season
of Celebrity Fit Club, she joined the show. She joined to lose weight. The show
was about teamwork and doing actual Navy Seals training.
Nicole

large salad for lunch.

broiled fish for dinner or a rotisserie-style chicken with no skin. Nicole
pairs the protein with a large helping of broccoli and spinach. On the occasion
that she does order in, Nicole skips the fast food and instead orders sushi
with brown rice.
Nicole Eggert also decided
to make regular exercise a priority. Five days a week, she goes hiking on the
trails around L.A. When she doesn’t have time to get out of the house, Nicole
runs on her treadmill or does dancing and kickboxing workouts in front of a TV
exercise video.

My Opinion
Losing
weight is very hard when you habit to eat sweats. To Nicole Eggert weight loss

fat body is not good, there are lot of disadvantages. You like a dress but the

the example.
At
least she realized how ugly her body was and decided to shape in. it’s not easy

was not good for her.
Regular
Exercise is best to help lose weight. As long as you are motivated to maintain
your body figure nothing is possible.
It
